Data we process

• WhatsApp phone numbers, display names, and message content
• Lead categories, templates, and bulk-send recipient lists
• Dashboard authentication events and configuration settings
• Analytics aggregates such as message counts and scheduler status

How data is used

Data is used to operate the WhatsApp bot, support human handover, generate AI-assisted replies when enabled, and provide reporting inside this dashboard. Data is stored in the client's own Supabase project and runtime environment.

Retention and deletion

Conversation, lead, and configuration retention is controlled by the client administrator. To request export or deletion of personal data collected through WhatsApp interactions, contact the workspace owner or AyroFlow support.

Local storage

The dashboard stores an authentication token and theme preference in browser local storage. These are required for sign-in persistence and display preferences.
